🌞 Nothing New Under the Sun – Just New Technology Around Us

Lately, I’ve noticed more and more organizations (still a small minority, though) starting to draft procedures for using AI tools. Others are still figuring out how to approach it.This morning, as I listened to a few different podcast episodes — one from a completely unrelated field caught my attention. They reached the very same conclusion: the right way to ensure responsible implementation is through shared knowledge. Writing together what’s allowed, what’s not, and how to use it properly. Everyone spoke about responsibility — without ever saying the word procedure. And I smiled to myself — nothing new under the sun. ☀️ Because in biopharma, as in any other field, procedures weren’t created to weigh us down. They’re here to set boundaries, create structure, and build trust — and yes, to define accountability. The day we realize that regulation isn’t an obstacle but a guide, we’ll truly move forward — with confidence and responsibility.

🚀Implementing Data Integrity requirements means fostering a culture of structured management — a way of working that allows us to trust the data we rely on. And structured management means knowing how to work within clear, well-defined procedures. The only question is — how.👉 How is your organization handling the introduction of new tools? Do you write procedures? Define boundaries? Or are you still exploring the field?
